You'll need a valid driver's license (at least 25 years old), a credit card in the renter's name, and proof of insurance (if not purchasing our coverage). International visitors may need additional documentation.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation by logging into your account or calling us. Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before pickup. See our cancellation policy for full details.
Yes, one-way rentals are available between many of our locations. One-way fees vary based on the route and seasonal demand. Contact us for a quote on your specific trip.
Our 24/7 roadside assistance covers tire changes, battery jumps, lockout service, fuel delivery, and towing if needed. For mechanical issues, we'll either send a mobile mechanic or arrange a replacement vehicle.
